I'm Just Sayin': Empty nest isn't so empty Thursday, September 2, 2010 @ 5:17AMOur youngest child begins his senior year of high school this year, so I suppose the "empty nest" countdown has officially begun for my wife and me. But it's hard to get all emotional about this because it seems to me that it takes a decade or so before the nest is really empty.
